Duration and frequency of therapy sessions varies depending on the diagnosis and the severity of the disorder. Children are typically seen at a frequency of once to twice weekly. Sessions vary in length from 30-45 minutes, with the last 5-10 minutes dedicated specifically to parent/caregiver education. Homework is provided on a weekly basis.

A written plan of care is provided following standardized evaluation, with specific individualized goals to be met based on a child's speech-language weaknesses.

Communication via email and phone is always available for no additional fee.
Burton Speech is out of network on all private insurance. Families are responsible for submitting independently for insurance reimbursement. Please contact us directly for more information regarding private pay rates of services and policies.
